This is an update on the previous post regarding the murder of Jennifer Judd.
Prior post can be read here. Need give another thanks to Kelli and an "Unnamed Source" for the info presented here. This entry will clarify some info from the past entry as well as bring some new info to the table.

  • Justin made 2 calls on the day of the murder. Both to Jennifer. He did get ahold of her on the first call. And she said she would bring him his lunch. This clarifies why the lunch was in the car. When she didn't bring his lunch by obviously he was concerned and called her. He couldn't get ahold of her.
  • Chuck Chance wasn't Justin's best man at the wedding.
  • Although Justin did consider Chance a friend. Jennifer knew him longer. Chance transferred from Picher to Quapaw his senior year of High School to play football. Jennifer went to school with him in Picher.
  • Jennifer and Chuck Chance never dated. But according to my source he tried many times to get with Jennifer.
  • Justin knew nothing of the stalking aspect until after the murder. Jennifer's parents informed him. I don't know what to make of him not knowing. I am not insinuating dishonesty hear by any means. I think its telling to a certain degree.
  • Probably the most interesting aspect of new information I came across is that Chuck Chance places himself near the crime scene around the time the murder took place. He states that in his sworn statement to the KBI.
  • Apparently Forensics went over the tape of the Judds wedding and noticed a few things of interest from their main suspect Chuck Chance. Body Language would indicate he was not happy that Jennifer was getting married. ie Clinched Fists.

So far that's what I have. Ill continue to bring any new info I get to coming entries. I do agree now that Chuck Chance is very likely the best suspect at this point.

And this for no other reason than its awesomeness....

The Vanishing of Megan Renee Foglesong

I DEDICATED SUNDOWN BY GORDON LIGHTFOOT TO THIS ENTRY. THE SONG IS ONE OF MY ALLTIME FAVORITE SONGS. LIGHTFOOT IS AN AMAZING SONGWRITER. WHEN ASKED WHAT THE SONG WAS ABOUT GORDON LIGHTFOOT IS QUOTED AS SAYING....

"All it is, is a thought about a situation where someone is wondering what his loved one is doing at the moment. He doesn't quite know where she is. He's not ready to give up on her, either, and that's about all I got to say about that."

SO WHEN ITS PUT IN THAT CONTEXT. IT KINDA FITS.....
ALSO I HAD TO START MODERATING THIS BLOG COMMENTS BECAUSE A GROUP OF LOW LIFE INBREDS STARTED ATTACKING MEGAN'S CHARACTER. NOW I KNOW NONE OF YOU ARE MAN ENOUGH TO SAY ANYTHING LIKE THAT IN PERSON. YOU FEEL TOUGH ON YOUR KEYBOARDS. THAT'S FINE. OH AND MSDOXMA, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CONTINUE TO TRY AND COMMENT. I'M NOT PUBLISHING IT BITCH. YOU'D THINK AFTER LIKE THE 8TH TIME YOU'D STOP TRYING. YOU'D ALSO THINK YOU'D HAVE BETTER THINGS …

UPDATE: Dorothy Jane Scott

Part One

I've recently been in contact with Shawn Scott, Dorothy's son. He added some interesting things to my investigation of his mother's cold case. First off I was able to obtain a few pictures of Dorothy that he sent me. I wanted to see more than just the grainy newspaper pic we all have seen a thousand times.

Also, Swinger's Psych Shop was a store that was previously owned by Dorothy's Father Jacob Scott. John Kycola purchased that store having already owned Custom John's Shop in Anaheim.

Apparently there was a suspect that Shawn became aware of through several of Dorothy's friends who lived in Missouri. The suspects name was MIKE BUTLER. Apparently, Butler was an unstable individual who lived in the Santiago Mountains and was involved in cult activity. Which makes me think the dead dog that was discovered with her remains makes all the more sense now. Apparently he was obsessed with Dorothy. (Sound like our caller anyone?) His sister worked with Dorot…

UNSOLVED MYSTERIES SEGMENT

October 12, 2016

I would first like to state that I have tried contacting Suzanne (Her sister) twice on two separate occasions and I have not heard back from her. I respect that she did not wish to speak with me. From what I have read there has been a lot of  trolling with internet assholes regarding the case. As well as with the Sitcoms Online board (Which at times has some good info on it but is maligned by a lot of trolls. (Wiseguy182) I would just like to say that I do not mean any ill will towards the family in writing this blog entry. I do not intentionally wish to disparage any ones character regarding this blog entry either. My heart goes out to the family of Tammy Lynn Leppert. This case has long since been of interest to me. Part One of this entry will deal with the disappearance. Part Two will deal with my opinion and analysis of the case.

Missing and Murdered: The Case Of Stephan Mitchell Adams (Part One)

Special thanks to the "Village Crazy Lady" and her hubby for helping me. They were both vital in making this entry possible. Also the reporting on details in this case from various agencies is atrocious. His truck's make and model varies depending on the source. From a GMC to a Chevy and the year either is a 93 or a 95.  As does one of the persons of interest descriptions. And whether he called his girlfriend or she called him. Its all very maddening. This will be part one of a 2 part entry. Part 2 will be some months down the road. In part two I will delve more deeply into the known persons of interest. I dedicated the song SPIRIT IN THE SKY to this case. Because I know that's where Stephen is....
