Details Of Disappearance

Dewey Beach, DE- NOT the safest of places

Faye was living in the 100 block of Glenwood Drive in Tinton Falls, New Jersey at the time of her Disappearance. Although Faye had a Michigan State Driver's License, She did NOT have access to a vehicle when she Vanished. Faye was last seen in the 100 block of Cullen Street in Dewey Beach, Delaware on Saturday, July 13, 1993, at 7:00 p.m. She had been staying at a group rental home there and it is believed she left the home to go for a walk on the beach and never returned. All her belongings were left at the residence minus the key. Faye was staying there as a guest of an older friend who left after a week. Faye decided to stay a few days longer. There was some activity on her Social Security number in Michigan in 1996 and New Jersey in 1997. Investigations into these incidents provided no further leads. Faye has never been seen or heard from again.

Analysis

The older friend's name has never been released. I thought I read that he was not considered a suspect somewhere. However, Going back over my information I don't see it. Faye was suffering from depression at the time. And being someone who struggles with depression as well. I know that there are so many medicines for depression. And if you are not on the correct one. It does you little good. My depression comes in waves. I'm trying my 6th new prescription for it now. According to reports, Faye WOULD be at risk of hurting herself if the medicines weren't taken. She already attempted suicide twice. I hope Faye didn't hurt herself. However, Another aspect is crime in the Dewey Beach area. Which in itself is bad NOW. CrimeGrade.Org currently gives Dewey Beach an F in terms of safety. Over the years it doesn't look as if it has changed much either. So that must also be taken into account.
