Background

Damond Reginald Emory was born on June 20th 1973 to Gerald Woods and Dianna Emory. Emory attended Newark High School. As young people often do, Damond seemed to associate himself with the wrong crowd. It happens when you grow up in a rough neighborhood like Wilmington. According to reports Damond was arrested more than a dozen times on charges that range from Drug Possession, Assault, Criminal Mischief, and Weapons Charges. (Note: I only bring these past charges up because I believe they are relevant to his disappearance. Not to diminish Damond's character or the importance of this case.) At some point Damond was involved in some kind of dispute regarding East and West Side residents of Wilmington. On June 19th 1993 at around 2:40 am. Kevin Conner, Michael Aikens, Shawn Brown, and Damond Emory were shot at as they sat in a parked car on the 1200 block of West 6th St. Kevin Conner was shot in the head and died around an hour later at the hospital. The others were treated for their injuries. A 15 Year Old by the name of Larry Davis was later arrested and convicted of the crime. (Larry Davis looks to have passed away in 2003)

Details of Disappearance

On February 27th 1996, 22 Year Old Damon Reginald Emory was supposedly dropped off at his residence on the 400 Block of East 10th St. In Wilmington, Delaware at around 2:30 am. He has never been seen or heard since. Law Enforcement Agencies as well as every resource that profiles Damond's case always say there is no evidence of foul play. Even if its very likely that Foul Play is the likely cause of Damond's disappearance.

Analysis

Not sure he was dropped off like the report says he was. With so little available. It's hard to make an analysis.
