The Delaware Memorial Bridge: Suicide Central
I've been focusing on the Missing Persons of Delaware recently. And in doing so I noticed that several of the cases are suicides. Suicides by bridge jumping. I decided to cover them all in one entry. Also, Mark Wade Potts jumped off the Commodore Barry Bridge NOT the Delaware Memorial Bridge. I included him in the entry anyways.

Details Of Disappearance
23 Year Old Donna Lee Urban was last seen in Wilmington, Delaware at approximately 10 pm on February 7th 1983. She stopped her car on the Northbound Lane on the Delaware Memorial Bridge. She exited her vehicle and jumped off and over the bridge and into the Delaware River. She has never been seen or heard from again. She is presumed deceased despite her body never being recovered. Donna graduated Christiana High School in 1977 and was working as a Nursing Aide at the Longwood Villa Convalescent Home in Claywood. Donna was attending classes at the Delaware Technical and Community College as well as a member of the Delaware National Guard prior to her death.

Details of Disappearance
On December 13th 1992 at approximately 10:44 am a man matching the description of 42 Year Old William Jefferis Lank was seen jumping off the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Authorities were notified. Upon arrival they found Lank's Maroon 1979 Peugeot parked and abandoned. Subsequent searches of the river turned up no sign of Lank or his body.

Details Of Disappearance
48 Year Old Mark Wade Potts was last seen in Claymont, Delaware on May 11, 2010. At the time he lived on the 2900 block of Green Street. That morning he called his Mother and said he was depressed and suicidal over financial problems. His mother immediately left her residence to go see her son. When she arrived he was no longer there. Nor was his car. At 9:35am on the 11th, Witnesses saw Potts park his 2003 GMC Yukon on the Commodore Barry Bridge, Get out and jump over and into the Delaware River. His body has never been found.

Background & Details Of Disappearance
Glenn Joseph Doldan was last seen on December 11th, 2010 in Wilmington, DE. His vehicle, A Red 1998 Dodge Neon (License Plate Number GHZ26U) was later found abandoned on the Delaware Memorial Bridge. It is presumed that he might've jumped from the Delaware Memorial Bridge. However, No one is on record stating they saw this occur. At the time, Glenn was employed by the Wackenhut Corporation as a Security Guard. Glenn was born in New Jersey and lived in Penns Grove up until his disappearance. (I would presume he only worked in Wilmington) Glenn attended and graduated from Penns Grove High School in Carneys Point, New Jersey in 1974. In an unrelated side note, Glenn was a fan of Howard Stern.

Witnesses say Tali jumped from the Delaware Memorial Bridge on September 7th 2012. Her body has never been recovered. However despite this, Twalier is presumed deceased.
